Massage & Bodywork

PHILOSOPHY

I am here to help you find relief from pain, move more freely, and feel more ease in your body and mind.  My bodywork is integrative. This means that I am devoted to ongoing study, and I adapt techniques from a wide range of modalities to customize my approach for YOU.

TRAINING & MODALITIES

My training spans both Western massage therapy and Eastern bodywork. I completed the East-West Bodywork program at CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School in Minneapolis in 2019, with training in Western massage and Japanese Shiatsu.

I continued my studies in Asia in 2026, with Traditional Thai Massage at International Training Massage School (ITM) in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Shiatsu with Ryotaro Hatanaka of Waho-An Nature in Tokyo, Japan. My Thai Massage education also includes the ThaiVedic Five Elements training led by Sebastian Bruno with Marisa Incelli in 2025.

My broader bodywork experience includes sports massage, deep tissue work, Myofascial Release (MFR, trained by John Barnes), Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish massage, cupping, assisted and guided stretching, and reciprocal inhibition/proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques.

I am a Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and National Board Certified through NCBTMB.

I contract to offer bodywork and yoga instruction at Moon Rehab & Wellness in Center City Philadelphia.
